Get latest committee (alternative)

GET /latest/committee

Returns the latest committee information. (alternate endpoint)

id: Unique identifier for this committee.

starting_round: The round number when this committee started.

members: An object keyed by validator address. Each value is an array with:

Bonded Value – total stake bonded to this validator (in microcredits).

Open Status – true if the validator is currently open/active, false if not.

Commission (%) – the validator's commission rate as a percentage.

total_stake: Sum of all bonded value across committee members.
